THAAD is built to intercept ballistic missiles at high altitudes, whether inside or outside Earth’s atmosphere. It’s fast, flexible and always ready to respond.

The Courtland site is home to the Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program (AMTAP), a U.S. Department of Labor registered path into the space industry. This hands-on program teaches you how to build the electronics that power real space missions. Graduates earn a nationally recognized credential and a shot at full-time roles with Lockheed Martin.
